Cook 1 cup of Jeevans Barnyard Millet with 2 cups of water until it becomes soft.Let it cool for 1 hour; add ½ cup Curd, Green Chilly, Ginger, Carrot, Asafoetida Powder, Coriander Leaf & Salt.In a pan ,heat oil then add mustard seeds,red chilly & Curry leaf, saute it well and mix it with curd mixed rice.
The good thing about millet rice is that it can be substituted for rice in any of the recipes.
